Daily Fantasy Sports Week 6 Picks Draftkings

Here are some of my suggestions for DraftKings lineups this week:

Cash Lineups

QBTom Brady (8100) The one team who you can count on to run up the score. Yes NE will run the ball, but I still think Brady’s floor is tops in the league this week and is worth paying up for.

RBDuke Johnson (4500) In a full PPR DFS leagues like DraftKings, I think Duke is perfectly fine and a solid option especially if you are going to be paying up for Brady/Gronk

WREric Decker (4900) Washington is 27th in the league in defensive efficiency vs. WR#2’s. Decker is a WR 1 who just so happens to be playing on the same team as Brandon Marshall. He should have a solid day and continue his TD streak.

Cash Bargains

QBRyan Fitzpatrick (5000) See: Eric Decker above.

RBCharcandrick West (4000) Chalk play, gets first crack at the starting job. MIN isnt good at stopping RB’s in the receiving game, and just on expected volume West is a value at his price.

WRCecil Shorts (3200) Revenge game, I’m not even sure I believe that it matters, but this is a great price for a guy averaging 10 targets per game.

GPP Tournament Plays

QBSam Bradford (6000) I like the Bradford/Matthews stack this week. The Giants pass defense has been decent this year, but last week they allowed slot receiver Anquan Boldin go for 8 catches, 107 yards, and 1 TD. The eagles are projected to score 27 points on Monday Night Football and I like the upside for Bradford.

RBAdrian Peterson (7600) AP.

WRJordan Matthews (6200) To add to the comments on Bradford, I think Matthews ownership won’t be high given recency bias, which makes him a good play in tournaments.

GPP Bargain Plays

QBColin Kaepernick (5000) Baltimore’s pass defense is just bad.

RBLamar Miller (4300) Tennessee’s rush defense is just bad.

WRTy Montgomery (3500) He was given some deeper targets last week and came away with a TD. I don’t expect Davante Adams back this week, but if he does suit up you can consider not including Ty in your lineups.

Tight End Plays Who Are Not Gronk

If you don’t play Gronk this week (I think you should), I like Richard Rodgers (3100) against a SD defense that is weak vs. the TE for cash. In GPP, I think Jordan Cameron (3000) is a decent play given Miami’s new head coach was a TE himself and the TE coach prior to becoming the interim coach. I know this isn’t a lock for more targets, but combine that with the fact that Tennessee ranks dead last in the league in defensive efficiency vs. the TE and you could have a breakout game.

Injury Plays

If Justin Forsett is out, Javorius Allen (4300) becomes a solid play for cash and tournaments.

Additionally, if Odell Beckham Jr. is out, Dwayne Harris (3100) becomes an interesting play for GPP tournaments, although it would take some lineup preparation to be able to do this player swap on Monday.
